Golang Kubernetes Engineer

About the role

Arango is seeking a Golang Kubernetes Engineer to join its fully remote team. The role focuses on building and enhancing a sophisticated multimodel contextual data platform that powers next‑generation AI agents and applications. You will work with a modern stack centered on Go and Kubernetes to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Golang.
• Deploy, scale, and manage containerised services with Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn requirements into functional features.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance or reliability issues in code and infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and performance.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Go programming and hands‑on experience with Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to work with microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Effective team player comfortable in a cross‑functional, remote environment.
