Go-to-Market Consultant – FinTech Growth (Cape Town)

About the role

Delta‑v is seeking a Go‑to‑Market Consultant to support high‑growth FinTech and SaaS clients. Based in Cape Town, you will work closely with Nasdaq‑listed and unicorn FinTech companies, helping them acquire new customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research high‑value target companies and key decision‑makers.
• Engage senior executives via phone, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and build pipeline for international SaaS and FinTech clients.
• Book meetings and product demonstrations with C‑level stakeholders.
• Participate in customer conversations and broader go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Develop expertise in modern sales techniques, technology trends and business strategy.
• Continuously improve performance through coaching, training and feedback.

Required profile

• Completed university degree.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a customer‑facing role (sales experience advantageous).
• Strong interest in business, technology, SaaS or FinTech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence engaging with senior business leaders.
• High levels of curiosity, resilience, coachability and ambition.
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate; South African citizen or permanent resident.
