Global Sourcing Specialist – Remote Freelance

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Global Sourcing Specialist to drive strategic talent hunting for our international clients. In this remote freelance position you will identify, engage and qualify elite candidates for a variety of technical and non‑technical roles across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, specialised job boards, Google X‑Ray and Boolean search techniques.
• Craft highly personalised outreach messages that achieve strong response rates.
• Screen and qualify candidates for cultural and technical fit before presenting to hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure seamless hand‑off to recruiters.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously optimise sourcing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer with a focus on proactive outbound sourcing.
• Successful track record hiring remotely across South Africa, LATAM, the UK, Europe and the US.
• Extensive experience sourcing GTM roles such as SDRs, BDRs, CSMs, AMs and AEs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
