About the role

We are looking for a motivated German‑speaking Recruiter to join our global talent solutions team serving the Life Sciences sector. This remote position, based in South Africa, focuses on sourcing and engaging high‑quality candidates for our clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent in life sciences using diverse sourcing channels.
• Leverage LinkedIn and advanced Boolean search techniques to build candidate pipelines.
• Conduct screening calls to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to understand job requirements and tailor searches.
• Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge to position opportunities effectively.
• Track all candidate activity in the Bullhorn ATS and meet KPI targets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as a candidate‑focused recruiter (no senior applications).
• Fluent German – able to converse professionally.
• Preferably experience in life sciences, pharma, or technical industries.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
