About the role

BVi Consulting Engineers is seeking two experienced Geometric Engineers/Technologists to join its Cape Town office. You will work within an established geometric design team, delivering detailed road, platform and earthworks designs for a variety of infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

Prepare detailed design, construction and as‑built drawings for roads, platforms and earthworks.
Contribute to feasibility, design and tender adjudication reports.
Assist in compiling tender documentation and technical specifications.
Collaborate with the Project Leader and multidisciplinary team members.

Required profile

B.Eng, BSc Eng or B.Tech/Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5–10 years post‑graduate experience in a civil/geometric design office, preferably in transportation or mass earthworks.
Proven ability to produce technical reports at all project stages.
Strong time‑management, communication and teamwork skills.
