General Worker – Powder Factory Operations

About the role
The General Worker will support daily production activities in our powder factory. This role involves handling a variety of operational tasks to ensure a safe, efficient, and effective manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform shrink‑wrapping of finished products.
- Sort and manage damaged or defective items.
- Load and unload materials and products.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
- Assist the Production team with any additional tasks required to keep operations running smoothly.
Required profile
- Physical stamina to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Reliability and punctuality for shift work.
- Team‑oriented attitude to collaborate with production staff.
