About the role

NTT BYD Wonderboom is seeking an experienced, dynamic and results‑driven General Sales Manager to lead the New and Used Vehicle Sales Department in South Africa.

Key responsibilities

Drive overall sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and coach a high‑performing sales team.
Maximise lead conversion rates.
Manage vehicle stock levels and profitability.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
