General Manager, School of Technology

About the role

The General Manager of the School of Technology will lead daily operations, support academic and operational staff, and ensure efficient resource management to create an optimal learning environment for technology leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring a seamless environment that supports academic excellence and innovation.
• Mentor Heads of Academics and the Operations Manager, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team.
• Partner with the Head of Academics to implement cutting‑edge programmes and manage schedules, resources, and faculty assignments.
• Oversee assessments, examinations and student evaluations, maintaining high academic integrity.
• Optimise allocation of classrooms, laboratories and advanced technology equipment, ensuring facilities meet evolving needs.
• Support student and faculty wellbeing, engagement and professional development.
• Align operational activities with Regenesys Business School’s strategic goals and cultivate industry and academic partnerships.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in educational leadership or academic administration, preferably in a technology‑focused institution.
• Master’s degree in education, business administration, technology management or related field.
• Proven people‑management, project‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Results‑oriented, adaptable, client‑focused and resilient under pressure.
