About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our hospitality operation in the Addo area of the Eastern Cape Province, South Africa. The role is based on‑site in a remote location where schooling options are limited, so candidates should assess the suitability of the environment for their personal circumstances. This position offers the opportunity to manage a full‑service hospitality establishment and drive its performance.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hotel, Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in the hospitality sector.
- Previous role as General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
- International experience is advantageous.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and customer‑service excellence.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
