Functional Head of Replenishment

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Head of Replenishment to lead our Replenishment department across a multi‑country restaurant network. The role oversees end‑to‑end replenishment for over 500 stores, ensuring product availability while balancing inventory, working capital and supply‑chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Replenishment department, including the Demand Planning team.
• Own the end‑to‑end replenishment process across 500+ stores in multiple countries.
• Develop and maintain forecasting and replenishment methodologies.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as stock availability, out‑of‑stocks, inventory levels, DIO, forecast accuracy, IBTs and supplier OTIF.
• Optimize parameters including lead times, safety stock, target stock levels and order quantities.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Central Ordering system for automated replenishment.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to reduce inventory, improve availability and lower operating costs.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, IT, suppliers and other stakeholders to resolve supply‑chain issues.
• Develop, coach and manage the Replenishment team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Scale the function as the business expands into new stores and countries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading demand planning, supply‑chain or systems‑improvement functions.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management and replenishment principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and data‑interpretation abilities.
• Experience working with large datasets and planning/ERP systems.
• Background in FMCG, QSR, retail or other high‑volume, fast‑moving environments is a plus.
