Front of House Restaurant & Bar Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead the restaurant and bar operations at a trendy venue in Faerie Glen. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and will ensure smooth, high‑quality service throughout the dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain excellent service standards.
• Control stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate with the kitchen for seamless service.
• Handle cash‑up processes and restaurant administration accurately.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of management experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team effectively.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated, and energetic attitude.
