About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead guest services at a luxury safari lodge in Waterberg, Limpopo. This live‑in position offers a unique opportunity to combine hospitality excellence with the natural beauty of a remote wildlife reserve.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, including guest check‑ins, check‑outs and activity coordination.
• Manage housekeeping teams and ensure lodge areas meet high cleanliness standards.
• Control stock levels, prepare reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Front of House manager in a hospitality or lodge setting.
• Strong focus on delivering outstanding guest service at all times.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional, personable and able to thrive in a remote environment.
• Honest, responsible and reliable under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
