Founder's Assistant (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, profit‑driven health‑food brand looking for a proactive Founder’s Assistant to become the right hand of our founder. Working remotely, you will manage the founder’s most time‑critical workstreams, allowing him to focus on strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the founder’s inbox and calendar: triage emails, draft routine replies, schedule meetings, protect focus time and anticipate conflicts.
• Lead recruitment outreach: source candidates on LinkedIn, manage communications, build a live pipeline, coordinate interviews and provide short‑list recommendations.
• Drive acquisition sourcing: research business broker sites, screen opportunities against criteria, draft warm outreach letters and maintain an acquisition pipeline.
• Maintain accurate trackers for both candidate and acquisition pipelines, ensuring the founder has real‑time visibility.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and make sensible decisions within clear boundaries.
• Excellent written communication and judgment to represent the founder in external contacts.
• High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
