Food & Beverage Runner

About the role

The Food & Beverage Runner supports the F&B team by delivering items, handling errands, and assisting service ambassadors throughout the hotel. This fast‑paced position requires physical stamina, quick movement, and a commitment to Fairmont’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Transport food, beverages, and supplies between kitchen, outlets, and guest areas.
• Assist service ambassadors during service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Run errands for the F&B department, including restocking and equipment handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and service carts.
• Adhere to Fairmont’s safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Outstanding guest service skills with a professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Familiarity with all outlets within the F&B department and ability to assist any outlet as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment.
• Flexible availability for varying work hours.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects.
