About the role

We are looking for a proactive Food and Beverage Service Expert to deliver memorable room‑service experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for everything from greeting guests to ensuring food and beverage items are served safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, use their names when possible, and anticipate their service needs.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, communicating any special dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards, maintaining high-quality linens, glassware, and cutlery.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas, practicing clean‑as‑you‑go procedures throughout the shift.
• Follow all alcohol‑service regulations and local training guidelines.
• Provide courteous farewells, thank guests, and encourage repeat visits.
• Assist teammates to ensure seamless coverage and prompt guest service.
