About the role
Overberg Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Supervisor to join a team in Klerksdorp. The role covers day-to-day supervision of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet operations
- Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance and compliance
- Manage drivers and fleet-related staff
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
- Optimise vehicle utilisation and operational efficiency
Required profile
- Proven experience in fleet supervision and vehicle management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to coordinate fleet operations and maintenance schedules
- Excellent administrative and reporting abilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing and able to work shifts
- A valid driver's licence is advantageous
