Fixed‑Term Roles for Solar PV EPC Project in South Africa

About the role

Terra Firma is expanding its team for a flagship utility‑scale solar PV EPC project in South Africa. We are offering a variety of fixed‑term contracts (6‑12 months) across our Johannesburg office and the on‑site location in Parys. Positions span project management, construction, logistics, safety, quality, environment and security.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of EPC activities for a large‑scale solar PV installation.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement and on‑site logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment and quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including electrical, civil, mechanical and support functions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• 5–15 years of experience in EPC, construction or renewable‑energy projects.
• Proven track record in the specific discipline advertised (e.g., project management, cost control, construction scheduling, SHE, quality, logistics, security, document control).
• Experience on utility‑scale solar or similar infrastructure projects is preferred.
