About the role

A Hire Resolve client is looking for a Financial Manager to join its team in Alberton, Gauteng. The Financial Manager oversees all financial activities, ensures the accuracy of financial information and provides strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a National Diploma; a university Financial Information Systems qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles and financial regulations in South Africa.
  • Systems design orientation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to collaborate across departments.
  • High level of integrity, dependability, sense of urgency and results orientation.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in financial software
  • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
