Financial Manager (CA(SA)) – Group Reporting & Tax Strategy

About the role

A well‑established multi‑entity organisation based in Pretoria seeks a technically strong Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to partner with the CFO. The role focuses on group reporting, financial modelling, tax strategy and strategic financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review group consolidated financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling processes.
• Manage technical accounting, ensure IFRS compliance and resolve complex accounting matters.
• Oversee group tax strategy and coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Prepare board and shareholder reports and provide strategic financial insights.

Required profile

• Registered CA(SA) with SAICA.
• Minimum 5 years post‑articles experience in financial management, technical accounting or corporate finance.
• Proven experience with group consolidations, budgeting, financial modelling and South African tax legislation.
• Experience in a multi‑entity environment; exposure to property, retail or trading sectors is advantageous.

What we offer

• CTC between R60 000 and R75 000 per month.
