About the role

Our client, a leading provider of legal and research information, is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) to take on the role of Financial Manager in Centurion. The successful candidate will lead the finance function, oversee a team of professionals and provide strategic financial insight to the board.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the internal finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and present financial statements and performance reports to board members.
• Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal control standards.
• Support business decision‑making with robust financial analysis.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification.
• Minimum 6 years post‑articles experience in an in‑house finance role.
• Proven experience in strategic financial management and board reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
