Financial Consultant – OMF Welkom Goldfields

About the role

The Financial Consultant will deliver face‑to‑face and telephone financial advice to clients in the Welkom Goldfields Mall area. You will educate customers on responsible credit use, money management and promote Old Mutual’s range of financial products while meeting sales and collection targets.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell Old Mutual and partner financial products to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Meet lending and arrears collection goals as defined by the branch.
• Provide financial education on credit responsibility and effective money management.
• Generate new business leads through marketing activities, lead tracking and follow‑up.
• Maintain compliance with internal, regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Collaborate with other business units to facilitate intra‑branch referrals.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service both in‑person and via phone.
