Financial Consultant – OM Bank (Worcester)

About the role

The Financial Consultant will deliver high‑quality client service and financial education for Old Mutual’s OM Bank products in Worcester. You will be responsible for meeting sales and collection targets while building sustainable relationships with customers and internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell Old Mutual and third‑party financial products, achieving monthly sales targets.
• Meet collections and arrears targets for lending products.
• Educate clients on responsible credit use and effective money management.
• Generate new business leads through marketing activities and track pipeline progress.
• Ensure compliance with internal, regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Facilitate intra‑branch referrals and collaborate with other business units.
• Provide excellent face‑to‑face and telephone service to customers.
• Maintain daily production standards and uphold service quality.

Required profile

• Matriculation Certificate (Matric) is required.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to meet sales, collections and service targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
