Financial Analyst – MEA

About the role

Pizza Hut is seeking a Financial Analyst to support decision‑making across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The role will own monthly and weekly reporting, forecast sales and collections, and provide insights that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build simple business cases for campaigns and innovations, forecasting sales, transactions, food costs and F&P.
• Support go/no‑go decisions through basic forecasting and scenario analysis, validating assumptions with Finance and Supply Chain.
• Analyze campaign performance versus plan, assess incrementality, product‑mix changes and overall sales impact.
• Maintain weekly and monthly sales and transaction reports, including menu‑level performance.
• Develop and maintain consolidated dashboards and scorecards across markets, incorporating brand health indicators where relevant.
• Partner with the control team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support regional financial performance analysis and its impact on overall GFM results.
• Monitor compliance and collection of franchise payments (royalty, advertising, rent, etc.) and help forecast bad‑debt.
• Assist the Finance team on ad‑hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (a plus).
