Financial Advisor – Tied Advisor (Banking)

About the role

Join FNB’s trusted financial services brand as a Financial Advisor operating within the branch network. You will use the bank’s strong brand, client ecosystem and digital advice tools to provide holistic investment and life‑insurance solutions that help clients meet their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop personalised financial plans.
• Recommend investment, insurance and wealth products aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.
• Engage customers in FNB branches, convert referrals into new business and grow Assets Under Management (AUM) and Annual Premium Income (API).
• Maintain long‑term client relationships through regular reviews and accurate documentation.
• Achieve agreed sales, activity, AUM and API targets while complying with FAIS and internal governance standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of financial advisory experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong investment and insurance product knowledge.
• Consultative selling and lead conversion capability.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commercial acumen and results‑driven mindset.
