About the role

Lifecheq, on behalf of Nkosi Advisory, is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join a growing practice in Cape Town. The role combines the independence of managing your own client portfolio with the support of a digital‑first advisory platform, marketing tools, and operational assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, engage, and retain clients through personalised financial planning.
• Conduct detailed financial needs analyses and develop tailored strategies.
• Promote and sell a range of financial products, including risk, investment, retirement, and funeral cover.
• Deliver ongoing service and portfolio reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with FAIS and FSCA regulations at all times.
• Manage client onboarding, documentation, and compliance using Lifecheq’s digital platform.
• Meet and exceed growth and retention targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a financial adviser or similar role.
• Strong understanding of South African financial regulations (FAIS, FSCA).
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth.
