About the role
The Financial Adviser will provide new and existing clients with professional financial advice, planning and suitable product solutions. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships, generating sustainable business and ensuring all activities are compliant and ethical.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive financial needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Achieve revenue and activity targets in line with Sanlam’s marketing plans.
- Maintain high‑quality client service, ensuring ethical and courteous interactions.
- Document client interactions, monitor portfolio activity and report weekly/monthly performance.
Required profile
- Commitment to meeting revenue, premium and activity quotas.
- Strong networking and prospecting abilities to create and grow client relationships.
- Ability to conduct compliant client consultations and produce accurate financial plans.
- Focus on ethical service and treating customers fairly at all times.
