About the role

A leading fast‑food organisation is seeking a dynamic and professional CA(SA) to join its finance team as a Financial Accountant at the Pretoria head office. The role focuses on financial reporting, analysis and providing business insight in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly management reports.
• Perform financial reporting and analysis for multiple entities.
• Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct variance analysis and comment on financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and maintain internal controls.
• Manage reporting deadlines and drive reporting efficiencies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and operational teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and financial systems optimisation.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI.

Required profile

• Qualified CA(SA) designation.
• Strong reporting and analytical experience.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, hospitality or fast‑food sectors (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, well‑spoken and professional demeanor.
• Outgoing personality able to engage across all business levels.
• Willingness to work from the Pretoria office.
