About the role

Kick‑start your career in financial advisory with a leading ethical investment group. As a Finance Graduate you will join Oasis Group Holdings' Graduate Financial Advisor Programme, working alongside experienced advisors in Johannesburg.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client needs analyses and develop tailored financial plans.
• Provide sound recommendations across investments and wealth‑management products.
• Build and maintain trusted, long‑term client relationships.
• Support senior advisors with portfolio management and client reviews.
• Attend structured product training and professional development sessions.
• Work towards relevant professional and regulatory qualifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct.
• Results‑driven mindset with ambition to build a client base.
• Valid South African ID or work permit.
• Valid driver’s licence (client‑facing role with occasional travel).
• Advantageous: progress toward FAIS compliance or RPL, strong academic performance, interest in financial planning or wealth management.
