About the role

The Finance Business Partner will support the bank’s strategic objectives by delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive financial planning. This role bridges finance and business units, ensuring data‑driven decisions that drive growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver timely financial and management reports, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain robust management information (MI) reporting processes aligned with business strategy.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert on data integrity, accounting processes, and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external auditors, addressing queries efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide the CFO with critical financial issues and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with business units to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• Experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis within a corporate or banking environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Proven track record of improving processes and implementing automation.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
