About the role

An exclusive luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage its financial records and support its award‑winning lodges and retreats.

Key responsibilities

Perform supplier, bank and credit‑card reconciliations.
Manage VAT filings and payments.
Maintain trial balances and general ledger entries.
Prepare accurate financial reports using Xero, Pastel and Excel.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
Strong attention to detail, organised and deadline‑driven.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

Proficiency in Xero.
Proficiency in Pastel.
Advanced Excel skills.
