About the role

Join GVW Group as an Executive Recruiter responsible for discovering, attracting, screening and hiring top executive talent for the Autocar family of companies. You will lead U.S.-based executive search efforts across multiple business units, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and alignment with the company’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive U.S.-based executive recruitment across multiple business units and industries.
• Develop and execute full‑life‑cycle search strategies, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑caliber executive talent, including passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand role requirements and ensure cultural fit.
• Lead or work autonomously on search engagements, providing transparent communication and feedback to candidates.
• Educate hiring managers on structured executive hiring processes and adhere to budgets and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years focused on U.S. executive‑level search.
• Proven track record placing executives across functions in fast‑paced, founder‑led or private‑equity‑backed companies.
• Strong relationship‑building skills, high emotional intelligence and professional discretion.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder hiring processes end‑to‑end.

Required skills

• Deep familiarity with U.S. talent market trends, compensation norms and executive networking practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
