Executive Assistant & Social Media Strategist (Part‑time)

About the role

This part‑time position combines executive assistance with strategic social media support for a globally recognized author, executive coach, and keynote speaker. You will work remotely, handling administrative duties while driving the client’s digital growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Monitor inbox, handle basic communications, and support outreach to prospects.
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form videos and social posts; edit videos, add captions, and optimize for each platform.
• Upload and schedule content, maintain trackers, and ensure publishing consistency.
• Identify trends, suggest content ideas, and apply knowledge of algorithms, hashtags, SEO, and GEO targeting to boost reach.
• Create and edit slide decks and basic presentations.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker who can communicate exclusively in English during work hours.
• Highly proactive, able to anticipate needs and work independently without constant direction.
• Strategic thinker with a strong marketing mindset.
• Flexible to work Monday‑Friday during EST business hours.

Required skills

• Video editing and captioning.
