About the role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast‑growing digital marketing and web development agency. This fully remote position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage the CEO’s day‑to‑day operations efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow‑up action items.
- Assist in project coordination, tracking progress across teams to meet deadlines.
- Handle inbox management, prioritize emails, and draft responses.
- Coordinate and lead internal meetings, documenting and completing action items.
- Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement operational improvements.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team coordination across time zones.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks to free the CEO from routine operational work.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership or a CEO.
- Experience working in a digital marketing or web development agency.
- Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- US work experience is required.
