About the role
Our client, a fast‑growing skincare company, is looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to lead brand‑focused events across Johannesburg North. You will be the main driver behind activations, masterclasses, product launches and experiential marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute brand events, activations, masterclasses, launches, training sessions, exhibitions and experiential marketing projects.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate confidently with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Guarantee each event reflects a premium, on‑brand experience for attendees.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years experience as an Events Coordinator within skincare, cosmetics, wellness or retail.
- Background in marketing, activations and experiential marketing.
- Matric qualification.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Own car and a valid driver’s licence.
