Events and Campaigns Coordinator

About the role

Bestmed Medical Scheme is looking for an organised and creative professional to coordinate its virtual, in‑person and hybrid events while supporting brand and marketing campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable experiences that align with the Scheme’s strategic goals of membership growth and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute virtual, in‑person and hybrid events.
• Support branding and promotional initiatives across all campaigns.
• Provide administrative assistance for event logistics and marketing activities.
• Ensure all event and campaign activities are aligned with strategic objectives.
• Maintain records and reports on event performance and campaign outcomes.

Required profile

• Grade 12 with Mathematics (E) or Maths Literacy (C) or higher.
• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in events coordination, marketing or branding.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
