About the role
Pedros Chicken is launching a new Wackys store in Klerksdorp and seeks enthusiastic waitrons to deliver exceptional dine‑in service as front‑of‑house brand ambassadors.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, present menus, and answer menu‑related queries.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special instructions to the kitchen, and serve meals promptly.
- Check on guests during meals, clear and reset tables efficiently, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Process payments, handle minor complaints with professionalism, and coordinate with cashiers, kitchen staff, and shift managers.
Required profile
- Grade 12/Matric (preferred).
- Previous hospitality or customer‑service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.
