Entrepreneurship Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking seasoned entrepreneurship educators to help shape AI systems that learn from real‑world startup scenarios. Your expertise will directly improve how AI interprets business models, market strategies, and growth projections, influencing tools used by future founders.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess startup and entrepreneurship scenarios included in AI training datasets.
• Evaluate the realism of business models, assumptions, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Identify flawed reasoning, unrealistic projections, or oversimplified advice.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance AI output quality and relevance.
• Complete task‑based assignments independently and asynchronously.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or business planning.
• Strong understanding of early‑stage business models and startup decision‑making.
• Ability to critically evaluate written business plans, pitch decks, and growth strategies.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• MBA or entrepreneurship‑focused graduate degree (nice to have).
• Experience as a founder, startup advisor, or venture mentor (nice to have).
