About the role
MHR is seeking Enrolled Nursing Auxiliaries (ENA) to work part‑time shifts on general wards of a private hospital in Welkom, Free State. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering quality patient care while benefiting from flexible work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Execute duties in line with the nursing scope of practice.
- Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Uphold patients’ rights at all times.
- Identify, prevent and report medico‑legal risks to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Control stock and equipment according to client policies.
Required profile
- Valid SANC licence.
- Post‑qualification work experience in general wards.
- Competent in demonstrating and assessing relevant clinical procedures.
