English Teacher in China – Graduate & Experienced, Visa Sponsored

About the role

China Link ESL places qualified teachers in public, international and language schools across China on structured one‑year contracts. The role offers a stable, full‑time environment with full visa sponsorship and support from interview through arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons to kindergarten, middle or high school students or mixed‑age groups in language schools.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments aligned with school curricula.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in school meetings, staff development and extracurricular activities as required.

Required profile

• Graduate role: Bachelor’s degree (required for Chinese work visa), clean criminal record, willingness to commit to a 12‑month contract, and ability to obtain a 120‑hour TEFL certificate during visa preparation.
• Experienced role: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years full‑time classroom teaching experience, recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, State License preferred) or CELTA/DELTA for specialist English positions.
• No Chinese language skills required.
