Engineering Lead – C#/.Net

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive the design, development, and optimization of platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and relevance.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices, processes, and tools to streamline development workflows and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse platform performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and technical leadership roles, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and passion for technical excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.
