Engineering Lead (OneX)

About the role

The Engineering Lead (OneX) will guide and mentor a development team, drive the OneX strategy in line with TFG board objectives, and oversee technical delivery, vendor relationships, and financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Team Leadership – provide guidance, mentorship and support to build a high‑functioning development team.
• Strategic Direction – evolve the OneX strategy to align with board objectives, including platform extensions and Omni POS integration.
• Planning – review business requirements with product managers, liaise with stakeholders and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Technical Development – act as the technical resource on complex projects, produce documentation and maintain development standards.
• Manage 3rd‑party vendor relationships – oversee technology roadmap, commercial alignment, security and operational stability.
• Financial Management – own the full budget lifecycle, from quarterly estimation to monthly variance analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven software development experience with .Net and C# and a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns and best practices.
• Hands‑on experience in both backend and frontend development.
