Engineer in Training (EIT) – Manufacturing Programme

About the role

Start your engineering career in a hands‑on manufacturing environment with Corruseal Group’s structured Engineer in Training (EIT) programme. Over two years you will work on real production and engineering challenges, applying theory to practice and developing professional competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Work on production, process and engineering systems in a live manufacturing setting.
• Participate in problem‑solving, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Contribute to engineering and process‑improvement projects.
• Analyse equipment, production and process performance data.
• Gain exposure to maintenance, reliability and operational‑excellence practices.

Required profile

• BTech / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong academic performance.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and improve systems.
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced, operational environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
