Energy Storage Project Manager

About the role

The Energy Storage Project Manager will lead on‑site execution of energy storage projects, overseeing commissioning, grid connection and final acceptance. This role ensures that projects are delivered on schedule, meet technical standards and satisfy customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site activities as the primary point of contact for commissioning and acceptance.
• Develop and execute the on‑site service plan, covering commissioning, grid connection, delivery acceptance and training.
• Document technical issues, provide solutions, and handle after‑sales technical queries and data reviews.
• Coordinate with sales, customers, technical teams and on‑site personnel to resolve commissioning challenges.
• Liaise with domestic project managers and internal departments (production, quality, project, after‑sales) to address site failures.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in electrical or electromechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of overseas experience managing energy storage projects with successful completion and commercial outcomes.
• Familiarity with the full life‑cycle of energy storage delivery; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong English listening, reading and writing abilities.
