About the role
A private employer offering staff and private transport services in the Southern Suburbs of the Western Cape is looking for motivated, hardworking and reliable drivers. Candidates are preferred who live in the southernmost areas such as Grassy Park, Retreat and surrounding areas, towards M/Plain, to minimise travel time.
Required profile
- Valid, unendorsed code 08 or 10 driver's licence with a PDP.
- Previous experience in staff and private transport.
- Age 33 years or older.
- Familiarity with the Western Cape and its surrounds, including townships and informal areas.
- Good health and sober habits, with neat grooming and professional conduct.
- Ability to work in a team, follow instructions and work split-shifts and/or night shifts (rest periods provided between them).
- Fluent English, with reading and writing required.
- Smartphone required; airtime and data provided.
- Police clearance and no criminal record.
