About the role
Halfway Geely Kokstad is looking for a reliable and responsible driver to join its dealership. The driver transports vehicles, delivers and collects vehicles or parts, and assists with general driving duties while ensuring safe handling of vehicles and professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and deliver vehicles safely between dealerships, customers and other locations.
- Collect and deliver vehicles for servicing, repairs and other operational needs.
- Help collect and deliver vehicle parts and documentation when required.
- Check vehicles briefly before and after trips and keep them clean.
- Complete trip sheets and other required paperwork accurately.
- Follow road traffic regulations and company driving procedures.
- Report accidents, damage, defects or traffic incidents promptly.
- Keep vehicle keys and documents secure.
Required profile
- Valid driver's licence.
- Grade 12 or equivalent is an advantage.
- A professional driving permit (PrDP) is an advantage.
- Previous driving experience, preferably in a motor dealership, is an advantage.
- Friendly, dependable and good communicator.
