Domain Architect: Customer and Operations (Salesforce)

About the role

OM Bank is looking for a Domain Architect focused on Customer and Operations, working with Salesforce. The role defines, develops and maintains the end-to-end technology solutions that power customer journeys (acquisition, onboarding, servicing, engagement) and banking operations (case management, workflows, payments, KYC/AML, reconciliations, dispute handling, contact centre and back-office processing). It bridges business and technology by turning strategy and requirements into scalable, secure, resilient and compliant architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality, secure and compliant architectures, including target-state architectures and transition roadmaps for digital platforms
• Ensure robustness, resilience, security and reliability in all channel designs
• Take part in architecture review boards and guide engineering teams with patterns, reference implementations and technical decisions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Operations leaders, Engineering, Security, Data and Enterprise Architecture, and mentor delivery teams
• Work with global and cross-functional teams to align on reuse, and stay ahead of emerging technologies such as micro frontends, composable architecture and PWA
• Promote agile architecture practices and DevSecOps principles

Required profile

• Minimum 8-10 years in solution or domain architecture, with a focus on Customer and Service Operations
• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect and in designing web and mobile banking platforms
• Experience with CIAM, UX/UI frameworks and mobile SDKs
• Experience with container orchestration (EKS/GKE), service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), observability (Datadog/Grafana) and security scanning (Snyk/Twistlock)
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification; AWS/GCP/Azure certifications are advantageous
