Distribution Centre Clerk III

About the role

The Distribution Centre Clerk III supports the smooth operation of the Midrand DC by handling customer and store queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role is essential for delivering excellent service and supporting the logistics and retail functions of TFG.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, investigate and resolve customer and store queries via email and telephone.
• Liaise with internal departments to address issues and capture accurate query records.
• Follow up on outstanding cases, provide regular feedback and escalate unresolved matters when necessary.
• Prepare reports on query trends, resolutions and compliance with policies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration or call‑centre environments.
• Experience in a distribution centre, logistics or retail setting is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously.
