Dispatch Clerk – Fast‑paced Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Dispatch Clerk to join our busy warehouse team in Fourways. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that stock is picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time, supporting both our internal operations and our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily invoices and guarantee dispatch of orders by 13:00.
• Pick, pack and load stock with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain dispatch tracking using Google Sheets or other systems.
• Confirm deliveries, communicate with customers and handle any delivery issues.
• Assist drivers with coordination and resolve any problems that arise during delivery.
• Support online order fulfilment and manage customer collections.
• Keep accurate records and produce basic reports as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• At least one year of experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Experience using Google Sheets.
