Director, Global Employment

About the role

Boldr is seeking a Director to own and expand its Global Employment business, which includes Employer of Record (EoR) and global hiring services. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational performance of this profit centre, working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Global Employment (GE) strategy across three service lines: EoR Only, Contractor Conversions, and Full Global Employment within defined Zones of Excellence.
• Partner with CX Strategy & Solutions to refine product offerings, pricing, and go‑to‑market motions before launch.
• Oversee external hiring and EoR partner selection, governance, and revenue flow.
• Lead the GE team and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Build advisory, trust‑based relationships with C‑level client executives, guiding them on scaling global teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a global employment or Employer of Record business.
• Strong P&L ownership and ability to drive profitable growth.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with product, sales, finance, and HR operations.
• Executive‑level communication and advisory capabilities.
