About the role
We are looking for a Direct Motor Sales Call Centre Agent to join our George team at Dotsure Ltd. You will turn conversations into motor insurance cover, handling objections and closing sales over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Contact allocated leads, understand customer needs and prepare personalised quotations.
- Confidently ask for the sale and use objection‑handling techniques to keep conversations moving.
- Complete the underwriting process accurately following scripts and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
- Follow up on open leads, capture customer information, upsell relevant products and provide feedback to account handlers.
- Maintain professionalism in a fast‑paced environment, handling rejection and busy periods consistently.
Required profile
- Resilient and competitive with the ability to think on your feet while following a script.
- Comfortable with repetitive sales activity, rejection and high call volumes.
- Strong communication and objection‑handling skills.
- Tenacious, disciplined and consistent in meeting sales targets.
